Obituary

Jordan Matthew Moore, 18, of Midlothian, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glenda Moore, Edna Spitler, and Arthur Mcabee. He is survived by his parents, John and Cynthia Moore; sister, Crystal Lyles; grandfathers, Thomas Moore and Curtis Spitler; and many other loving family members. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2017, at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10). A celebration of life will immediately follow at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Fair Haven Baptist Church, 8200 Belmont Rd.

  4. So very sorry for the loss of your precious son, Jordan. We loved having him at Richmond Christian School. We all were blessed to know him. Jordan will be missed by all who knew him.You and the entire family are in our thoughts and prayers.

  5. Cindi we were heartbroken to hear about Jordan. He was always so kind and respectful. Our prayers and thoughts for you, John and Crystal. May God wrap his arms around you and comfort you. My favorite memory of Jordan was when the football coaches at CHHS asked the guys to take the time to thank their parents for the support and encouragement. Most players walked to their parents. Not Jordan, he ran at full speed with his arms open wide. He gave you a big hug, said, ,thank you and that he loved you with this big smile on his face. That is how we will remember Jordan.
