Steinmetz, John Charles Iv, Pops, 46, Of Chesterfield, Unexpectedly Went To Be With The Lord On Friday May 8, 2009. He Is Survived By His Loving Wife Of 21 Years, Ellen Steinmetz; Mother, Esther Worley Steinmetz; Father John Charles Steinmetz Iii; Daughters, Ann Marie Lacks And Her Husband John, Elizabeth Toney And Her Husband Justin; Sisters, Lisa Oakley And Her Husband Ray, And Cindy Hohlbauch; Brother, Ben Steinmetz And His Wife Malack; Grandchild, Trenton Lacks. He Was Preceded In Death By His Much Beloved Grandparents Boyd And Pearl Worley; Aunt Peggy And Uncle Tommy. John Was A Dedicated Worker At Dupont Fibers, Richmond Location For 22 Years. His Passions Included His Love Of Chevys And Sports, Most Of All Anything Near The Water. He Truly Loved Being A Good Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather And Family Member. His Sense Of Humor And Joyful Ways Will Be Missed By All Those Who Knew Him, Especially His Nieces And Nephews. Visitation Will Be Held Tuesday May 12, 2009 From 6 To 8 Pm At The Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10). Funeral Services Will Be Held At 1 Pm Wednesday At Swift Creek Baptist Church. Interment Will Follow At Dale Memorial Park. In Lieu Of Flowers The Family Suggests Donations Be Sent To Swift Creek Baptist Church At 7511 N. Spring Run Road, Midlothian, Va 23112.
