Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Julius L. Quimpo on April 27, 2023. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Julius was born on July 22, 1935, and spent his life pursuing a variety of professional careers. As a trained agriculturalist, he held numerous roles and positions throughout his career in various multinational companies, government agencies, non-profit organization, and family-owned commercial properties. Despite his many accomplishments, Julius will be remembered most for his unwavering commitment to his family and his enduring love for his wife Veronica.Julius is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Veronica, and their children Juliver, Glenn, Iboy, Buddy, JP, and Ronnie, along with their children-in-laws Mia, Liza, Valeria, Dan, and Cesar. He will also be remembered fondly by his cherished grandchildren Justin, Francis, Isabella, and Sebastian, and a large extended family and friends.During his final days, Julius was surrounded by his family, who meant everything to him. He dealt with his illness with great strength and grace, cherishing every moment he had with his loved ones. The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support they have received during this difficult time.Visitation for Julius will be held on Thursday, May 4th, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Morrissett Funeral Home, located at 6500 Iron Bridge Road in North Chesterfield, VA 23234. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 5th, at 2:00 pm at St. Augustine Catholic Parish, located at 4400 Beulah Road in North Chesterfield, VA 23237.Julius will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He will always be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his dedication to his work, and his strength in the face of adversity.
