Obituary

Robert Mitchell Beattie, 62, of Richmond, Va. passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Madison Beattie; mother, Margaret Mitchell Beattie; nephew, George Beattie; and brother-in-law, Steve Krakoviak. He is survived by his sisters, Mary B. Krakoviak and Kathy Barber (Tom); brother, John Beattie (Crystal); nephews, Will Beattie and Mark Krakoviak; and nieces, Loren Franklin (Cole), Corinee Anderson (Seth), Brianne Wieronski (Garrett), and Lisa Byhoffer (Scott). His graveside service will be held 1 pm on Saturday, January 16th, at Sunset Memorial Park. By request of the family and in accordance with current executive orders, a mask is required for attendance. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Kidney.org.
