Sput was one of the kindest and selfless people I’ve ever known. What a gentle and funny personality, and always willing to help anyone. I will always cherish the great memories serving in the Army with him during the 1990s. I admired him as a father to his daughters, a leader to his fellow soldiers, and a friend to us all. He will be truly missed. God’s speed to his family!
