Obituary

Tara Lee Graham (Zajacz)-45- Chestfield VA, passed away after a long and hard battle with drug addiction and mental illness. She is in the arms of Jesus where there is only love and no pain. Tara is preceded in death by her father, Leslie S. Zajacz. She is survived by her mother, Annette Kornacki Zajacz; her 4 sons, Zakkary, Braden, Jericho, Vincent, and her brother, Michael S. Zajacz Sr. Tara loved her children more than anything in the world. She was always so proud of each of them. Tara was extremely funny and would always love to get a joke over on you. She was a good sport and could take a joke too! Tara loved cats, not only real ones, like her cat SASSY but she loved HELLO KITTY too! Tara went to Saint Mary’s High School in South Amboy and then went on to Graduate from Middlesex. County College with Honors. Tara was one of the first computer generation kids and she was amazing with the computer. She had an incredible knack for arts and crafts and especially crocheting. In her free time, Tara was a friend of Bill Wilson’s, she loved tattoos, alternative and grunge music, she also loved the NEW JERSEY DEVILS and was a huge fan of sports in general! She will be sadly missed by so many.

A mass will be held for her on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 @ 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood, NJ. There will be a celebration of her life gathering at MJ’s Restaurant in Spotswood directly following Mass (approximately 12:30 pm). A private ceremony will be held for her burial.

  1. Dear Aunt Cookie and Cousin Michael,
    I am so sorry For your loss of Tara. I remember Tara as a sweet, adorable child with her curly hair, big brown eyes, wearing her blue parochial school uniform. She was really smart and funny even as a little kid. I got to know her better at Babcia’s and Pops when she would come after school. The four of us would eat dinner together and as the saying goes “ out of the mouths of babes”, she would come out with some good ones. Lots of laughter at the dinner table. Really warm, good memories of Tara, Nanny and Pop.
    I don’t what more to say to help with your grief. She is with God now. Free of worry, pain and struggles.
