  1. David Moss says:

Butch was a blessing to everyone that knew him. I know y’all will miss him but be happy he is with God.

  2. Tina Soles says:

I know very few people who had the love of life and zeal for Christ that Butch did. I have known him for 35 years as my dear friend, brother in Christ, and someone whom I KNEW I could ALWAYS count on to pray for me! I know that the family knows this, but you have been so very blessed to have Butch in your family! What a tremendous blessing it is to have known him and to have had so much time with him 3 times a week and sometimes more at church.

Barbara and family, I am praying for your comfort and peace during this time. Butch constantly prayed for all of you, constantly putting your names on our church prayer list. Rest assured that many, many prayers are being said before the Father’s throne for you now.

    Blessings,
    Randy, Tina, and Family (Soles)

  3. Tina Hopper says:

Butch will be missed, he was the first person to welcome us on our first visit Calvary Baptist almost 34 years ago. He was a blessing to everyone.

  4. Our condolences to Barbara and your family. Butch was the best Christian I have known. He was a true soul winner. He loved people and was always asking for prayer for others. I’m sure he heard those coveted words “thou good and faithful servant”.

  5. Though we have been away from Calvary for going on 5 years, we always enjoyed seeing Butch when we came back to visit. We know he will be greatly missed by Calvary Baptist Church. Until then, goodbye, see you soon. David and Bonnie Gambrell
