Obituary

Coyle, Patrick S., 32, of Chester, went to be with the Lord on July 24, 2010. Pat was a Captain in the US Army, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for his service while serving in Iraq. He is survived by his wife, Leslie; daughter, Hayleigh; parents, Margaret and Ralph Coyle Jr.; sisters, Mary Coyle, Geneva Gamell, and Catherine Weissinger. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at the Morrissett Funeral Home, where his funeral service will be held at 10 am Friday. Interment will be at 1 pm Friday at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia, VA.

  1. We are very saddened with the passing of Patrick. We got to know him when he moved to Colorado with Margo and Ralph. He was an inspiration to our family. We remember being on our back deck in Highlands Ranch, CO and Patrick singing "Proud to be an American." That says it all about this fine young man. Patrick, we look forward to seeing you in heaven. God Bless!
